Andarl Farm is a renowned farm in County Mayo that has earned a reputation as “Home of the Velvet Pork”, for producing some of the best quality pork products in Ireland.
Andarl Farm was founded in 2012 by Declan and Di Milestone, and their two pigs, Thelma and Louise. The couple commenced supplying to friends and neighbours, before swiftly developing into the successful artisanal business that Andarl Farm is renowned as today.
The farm prides itself on rearing its animals in a natural and sustainable way, with a focus on animal welfare and environmentally friendly practices. The care taken at every stage is evident in the wonderful flavour and texture of the pork, which you can taste for yourself in our signature dishes at The Brasserie, including our Andarl Farm Pork Fillet & Black Pudding.
