Survey & Prize Policy

 

PRIZE DRAW

  1. Eligibility:

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  1. Entry Deadline:

The closing date for entry into the competition is 2 July 2024 at 11:59 PM (GMT). Entries received after this date will not be considered.

  1. How to Enter:

To enter the competition, participants must complete the survey. Incomplete survey entries will not be counted. Only one entry per person is allowed.

  1. Prize:

One sole prize winner will be chosen at the end of the competition. The winner will receive a €500 voucher to spend at The iNUA Hotel Collection.  The prize is non-transferable; no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The voucher is not redeemable on weddings, events, corporate bookings, tour business, negotiated rates, or any other contracted business. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

  1. Winner Announcement:

The winners will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided. The iNUA Hotel Collection will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and The iNUA Hotel Collection reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

  1. Data Protection:

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  1. General Terms:

The iNUA Hotel Collection reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The purpose of this survey is to gather insights and feedback from The iNUA Hotel Collection customers to aid the improvement of services and experiences we offer customers in our venues.

2. Survey Confidentiality:

All responses provided in the survey will be kept strictly confidential. Personal information collected will be used for research purposes only and will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Voluntary Participation:

Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and you may choose not to answer any specific questions. You can withdraw from the survey at any point without providing a reason.

4. Data Security:

We have implemented security measures to protect the information provided during the survey. While we strive to protect your data, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure.

5. Use of Survey Results:

The aggregated results of this survey may be used by The iNUA Hotel Collection for internal analysis and decision-making purposes. Individual responses will not be disclosed in any publicly available information.
