Trainee Management Development Programme
Through our Trainee Manager Development Programme in partnership with the MTU Hospitality Campus, we equip our teams with the skills and expertise needed to become tomorrow’s dynamic leaders of hospitality.
Upon graduation you will receive a Level 7 Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management. Fully funded 3-year programme with a blended approach of learning on the job and University Campus.
This programme supports our Leaders within the organisation to further develop in areas around our strategy. Experts from outside the industry bring new approaches and views. The programme is run over 12 months and focused on areas such as leadership, strategy, innovation, and talent management. A key success to this programme is your assigned Mentor. The Mentor is a senior figure within our collection that supports and guides you along this programme.
Is a Fully Accredited iNUA Diploma in Leadership and Management. The 12-month programme is focused on General Managers and aspiring General Managers. The programme has a blended approach across Finance, Human Resource Management, Sales, Revenue and developing you as a leader. You join with fellow colleagues from our collection has you progress in this programme.
This is our programme for Heads of Departments. Focused on various areas in Finance, Human Resource Management and specialised areas in F&B, Rooms, Culinary, Spa and Leisure. You join with fellow colleagues from our collection has you progress and develop through this 10-month programme.
Over a two year period, our Commis Chef programme will support you in enhancing your skills and growing your career. College based learning combined with on the job training within our Hotels. Upon graduation you will receive a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Professional Cookery.
Therapists from each spa have received Cancer Care certification after undergoing intensive training with Christine Clinton. Christine has over 30 years’ experience in the health and wellness sector and is qualified in therapeutic massage, skincare, aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki, lymphatic drainage and energy medicine. After receiving clinical training in mind body medicine from Harvard Medical School, Christine created an award-winning 3 day SATCC (Standards Authority for Touch in Cancer Care) programme that has been used in spas and schools across the UK & Ireland.
